A personalized 1:1 coaching package designed to assess, plan, and develop strategies tailored to individual goals, with a structured approach that evolves into an ongoing program.

    • Orientation/Set-up and rules plus set up off the shelf assessment tool (e.g. Profile XT Report, Checkpoint 360 Program or Genos Emotional Intelligence Program).

    • Outlining objectives and goals.

    • Interact with and debrief the assessment tool. The purpose is to get to know the client and build out the coaching plan.

    • Client and coach begin to team focus on:

      • Client specific goals (people, process, measurement and situations)

      • Personal improvement plans

      • Behavioral improvement plans

    • Minimum of 6 sessions

    • Client and coach agree on ongoing program along with quantity and frequency.

This package enhances sales team performance through group sessions, assessments, role plays, and personalized 1:1 coaching focused on client goals and personal development.

    • This meeting is with the team leader. Orientation/Set-up and rules plus set up off the shelf assessment tool (e.g. Profile XT Report, Checkpoint 360 Program or Genos Emotional Intelligence Program).

    • Outlining objectives and goals.

    • Introduce Sales Management Performance Wheel

    • Interact with and debrief the assessment tool

    • Create Scenario role plays

    • Introduce Sales Management Performance Wheel to team

    • Discuss priority topics

    • 1:1 Coaching begins with each member of team focus on:

      • Personal improvement plans
